Data Deletion Request

Flexfetti has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and only minimal information per installation is kept on our server.
1. Delete directly in the App (recommended)
- Open the Flexfetti app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap ‘Delete my data on the server’ and confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
This deletion also withdraws your consent to the use of location information. If you use location features again later, we will ask for consent again.
2. Data that is deleted

3. Data that is kept and for how long

4. If you have already deleted the App
Because there are no accounts, we cannot find you by name or email, and deleting the App also removes from your device the install information that links you to the server data. In that case, server data is deleted automatically according to its retention period: public drops within at most 72 hours, notes and thanks after 30 days, install information 180 days after last use, location records after 6 months, and Google ‘Remembered space’ anchors after at most 365 days.
If you want deletion sooner, please send us an email. If you give us information that identifies the data, such as the approximate location and time of a public drop, we will delete the data we can confirm and let you know the result.

- Content: your request and, if possible, the approximate location and time of your public drop
- We reply with the result without delay, and no later than 10 days after receipt (within one month for users covered by the GDPR).
- Records of handling the request are kept for 30 days after handling and then deleted.
